How we get your number: We obtain property owner contact information from publicly available property records maintained by county and municipal authorities. Buyers on our investor list provide their numbers directly when they ask to receive property notifications.
We do not sell your number: Mobile information collected as part of our SMS programme is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Information we collect: Property addresses and characteristics from public records; owner names and contact details from those same public records; and any information you give us directly when you speak with us.
How we use it: Solely to evaluate and make offers on property, to communicate with you about a potential transaction, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Mobile data: No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Cookies & tracking: This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our hosting provider and chat widget may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the page and keep a chat session open; they are not used to profile you.
